Service Description

Workshop Goal Culture Connects, NBMC’s award-winning Intercultural Competency Training (ICT) program, has been designed to help participants engage in intercultural interactions while avoiding the pitfalls of unconscious bias. Workshop Objectives • Build the perspectives and skills needed to connect effectively with those who think and act differently from you. • Examine systemic barriers and cultural biases that prevent us all reaching our full potential. Workshop Overview The workshop will be highly tailored to your needs, based on the outcome of a free discovery meeting with our team. Training Details • Title: The World Right Here - Building Bridges of Inclusion • Timing: Flexible, but typically either 1/2-day (e.g. either 9:00–12:00 or 1:00–4:00). • Language Options: English or French • Workshop Format Option: In-person or virtual (Zoom/Teams). • E-learning: For self-paced online course options, click here.
